Training

Training provides the right attitude, knowledge and skills focused on competence (VICTORY). 

The Business Coach training is geared to the particular needs of the individual or organization now and in the future. All of the training is customized for each specific customer. The training strategy involves preparation, demonstration, practice, and evaluation. This allows participants to hear, see, and do each of the skills.

 

The training focuses on achieving "real" world results through the active involvement of participants. All the training targets each specific participant's VICTORY.

The systems approach is used for effective and efficient training meeting designated needs and expectations. The training process involves:

    Perform job, process, task and/or performance analysis

    Determine specific attitude, knowledge, and skills

 

Design

    Develop course and lesson objectives

    Design participant's measurements

    Form lessons

    Develop the training plan

 

Development

    Develop lesson plans

    Prepare training materials

    Produce training materials

 

Implementation

Prepare and present training

Administer the training

Evaluation

    Plan and prepare evaluation(s)

    Administer the evaluation

    Analyze the results
